The Quezon City High School Alumni Association, Inc. held its 20th grand reunion April 16, 2011 at the QCHS campus, with
Class 1986, this year's Silver Jubilarians, as lead host. Other jubilarians included Class '51 (Diamond),
Class '61 (Golden), Class '71 (Ruby) and Class '81 (Pearl).
More than 750 alumni members were present at the affair dubbed "Ikaw Ako Tayo 86 Funtastixxv." Class
1986's Georgette Rosales-Lacbayan welcomed the attendees that started lining up at the registration as early as four o'clock
in the afternoon. Fr. Noel Vasquez of Class '61 delivered the inspirational message with Dr. Marthony P. Basco and Elizabeth
Fuentes-Aromin of host batch as emcees,
The program opened with "Handog ng Batch '86 sa Mundo," a colorful presentation depicting their generation's experience
during the bloodless EDSA Revolution in 1986.
After presenting the incumbent members of the Board of Trustees, QCHSAAI President Eulalie Dua-Garcia, '57 read the president's
report; QCHSAAI Secretary Arturo I. Dialogo, '68 read the Board Resolutions which were consequently ratified by the assembly;
and Comelec Chair Bonifacio J.Talaguit, '85 presented the candidates for this year's election of new trustees.

The talented alumni members from different batches were showcased in various coloful and entertaining production numbers.
The children of Class '86 members were also on stage to perform the invocation. The host batch's tribute to Broadway and Black
Theater with some of our AAF (Adopt-A-Future) scholars
were equally moving.

With the Philippine Navy Band playing dance music live, everybody shook the dancefloor at intensity 86 until midnight.
