The QCHSAAI Distinguished Alumni Awards 2011

 

 

What is the QCHSAAI Distinguished Alumni Awards?

The Quezon City High School Alumni Association, Inc. started these awards in 1996.  The objective is to recognize outstanding graduates of Quezon City High School whom, younger QCHS students, could look up to, and encourage them to excel academically, and in addition inspire leadership, and integrity.

 

What are the general objectives of the QCHSAAI Distinguished Alumni Awards?

 

  • To give recognition to graduates of Quezon City High School who have excelled in their respective fields of profession, and or endeavor.
  • To set examples and role-models for our graduates to-be in acquiring good leadership, loyalty, and above all, integrity.
  • To recognize outstanding alumni contributions to society, government and environment.

 Awards Criteria:

  • Recipients of the QCHSAAI Distinguished Alumni Awards must be role models that demonstrate the values and qualities of a leader. Determination of the award will also be based on outstanding or exceptional contribution to the professional community, vocation or occupation.
  • Weight-emphasis will be placed on the following:

1.      Community, civic-service, policy-advocacy (30%

2.      Achievements, accomplishments, entrepreneurship (25%

3.      Noteworthy contributions (25%).

4.      Academic excellence (20%)

 

Nomination to the awards must include:

  • A completed Nomination Form, including the nominee’s full name, title, addresses and contact details.
  • Am extensive narrative to fully support the nomination
  • The nominee’s curriculum vitae with photo.
  • Name, email and telephone number of nominator.

 

When is the deadline for submission of nominations?

Nominations for the 2011 Awards must be submitted by March 01, 2011.
